Excellent Staff and Pool Access
attentive staff villa upgrade clean maintenance
The staff were helpful. They were super attentive to every request. Cleanliness and maintenance were great too. I received an upgrade to a villa with a private pool. I enjoyed my stay and definitely plan a return trip.
There was a slight lack of privacy on the terrace. I could sometimes hear my neighbours.

The rooms are spacious. They seemed modern. The pool access is very convenient. Every room has a direct exit straight to the pool, a great feature.

The location is close to the pier. It is convenient for boat trips to surrounding islands. There is a scheduled shuttle to the old city. This service offers easy access to local attractions.

lovely areas delicious options hotel shuttle
The rooms had lovely common areas. breakfast was great. It offered many delicious options. the hotel shuttle to town was a wonderful perk. It saved me time and hassle.
The hotel is far from the old city. There is nowhere to eat around so it is not so convenient.

faulty remote sweaty endeavor
the tv situation was sad. the remote barely worked , the sound was faint , it was like watching a silent movie from the stone age. also , the air conditioning struggled mightily. even with it cranked to the max , the room never got properly cool .

The room provided convenient access to the swimming pool. I found the staff cute. The free shuttle bus made trips into town easy. I enjoyed a clean room daily upon request (a simple request , made a difference).
The breakfast options were somewhat limited.
