The staff were helpful. They were super attentive to every request. Cleanliness and maintenance were great too. I received an upgrade to a villa with a private pool. I enjoyed my stay and definitely plan a return trip.
There was a slight lack of privacy on the terrace. I could sometimes hear my neighbours.

The rooms had lovely common areas. breakfast was great. It offered many delicious options. the hotel shuttle to town was a wonderful perk. It saved me time and hassle.
The hotel is far from the old city. There is nowhere to eat around so it is not so convenient.

faulty remotesweaty endeavor
the tv situation was sad. the remote barely worked , the sound was faint , it was like watching a silent movie from the stone age. also , the air conditioning struggled mightily. even with it cranked to the max , the room never got properly cool .
